The Nikkei has dropped 68 points to 9,803.
The Shanghai Composite Index is up 15 points at 3,191.
The Straits Times, the Seoul Composite and the Taiwan Weighted Index are trading flat at 2,728, 1,588 and 7,671, respectively.

Asian markets are flat this morning.
The Hang Seng has dropped 42 points to 22,586. The Nikkei has added 44 points to 9,915.
The Taiwan Weighted has advanced 10 points to 7,678. The Shanghai Composite is up eight points at 3,183.
On the other hand, the Straits Times and the Seoul Composite are flat at 2,738 and 1,593, respectively.
