Schools, colleges, shops and other business establishments remained closed. The fast-unto-death launched by students besides the relay hunger fast continued in Visakahaptnam. Vijayawada Railway station Manager Bashker said restrictions have been imposed on the speed of trains in view of the rail blockades and other agitations. Congress, Telugu Desam and Praja Rajyam parties are expected to meet in the evening to decide the future course of agitation.
