While 14 private hospitals have already agreed for this, others have evinced positive response and assured that they would create facilities by September 25,” chief minister K Rosaiah said. After holding a review meeting with the representatives of private and corporate hospitals at the Gandhi Hospital here today, the chief minister said besides the government chest hospital, four more hospitals in Hyderabad had created facilities – including ventilators and deploying more doctors and support staff – for the treatment of HIN1 flu virus. “So far, we have eight designated screening centres and we are planning to set up six more shortly,” the chief minister said.
